Displayce is the French technology platform specialized in digital out-of-home advertising campaigns. 

More than 700,000 screens worldwide (US, UK, France...) are connected in real time to the Displayce platform to meet the needs and expectations of Agencies and Broadcasters.

Issues:

In 2020, Displayce wants to accelerate its development. In France, the company wants to focus specifically on the largest advertisers in the market. Internationally, Displayce wants to test different markets by canvassing local media agencies. How can the two axes of development be carried out at the same time with a small team?

The Results :

Displayce uses Blacksales to automate its prospecting. In 2 years, the campaigns generated 224 leads in France, Belgium and Spain. The sales teams gain in productivity and focus on conversion, allowing Displayce to experience strong growth in France and internationally.

In 7 years, Displayce is the only French player to have made a place for itself in the programmatic sector, which is often reserved for the largest international structures. More than 700,000 screens worldwide (US, UK, France...) are connected in real time to the Displayce platform to broadcast the campaigns of a hundred brands.

Based in Bordeaux, Displayce currently has 20 employees. The company offers innovative products that meet the needs and expectations of agencies and broadcasters.

Since July 2022, JCDecaux has taken a majority stake in Displayce to give this company the means to accelerate its development in France and internationally.

The Issues

In early 2020, Displayce wants to accelerate its development in France and scale up.

The sales team, which is small at this time, must focus on the essentials: converting opportunities rather than making appointments. 

Marie Gaestel, Partner & VP Sales, is looking for solutions to automate the canvassing of the largest French advertisers with one strong constraint: that the canvassing be of impeccable quality, so as not to damage Displayce's brand image.

In addition, there are challenges in penetrating new international markets (Belgium, Switzerland and Spain) by relying on local media agencies.

To meet these challenges, Marie called on Blacksales, who had already accompanied them in 2017 to identify the best targets and help her develop a more massive prospecting.

The results obtained

The collaboration with Blacksales has allowed Displayce to scale up in France and internationally.

In 2 years, Blacksales has become one of the main sources of appointments for the sales team with 224 leads generated.

In detail they are :

  • 139 appointments made with French advertisers
  • 67 appointments organized with agencies
  • 18 appointments scheduled with Belgian and Swiss agencies

Another key indicator is that the sales team's prospecting time has been cut in half, thanks in particular to Blacksales' integration with Copper CRMs and a transition to Hubspot.

Beyond the results, Blacksales was able to build campaigns with a respectable level of solicitation, consistent with Displayce's brand image.
